Helen Of Toy Task Force War Game Play Set From Comic Book Ads Mail Order

  

This is one of the many war game play sets that was advertised in the comic books. I believe they produced 10 play set games that proved to be popular through the comic ads. The games were offered as early as 1957 and continued to be shown in the comic ads till the early 1980's. This one is called Task Force and it is with it's original mailer box.

I did an inventory from the instruction sheet and here is what I found. Set is complete with: Plastic Battlefield that has not been cut or divided. 88 scaled plastic land, sea and air forces pieces, green set is still on the sprue, and gray set has been removed from sprue. Sheet of red markers, bonus paper and cardboard checker/chess set, Instructions and original mailer box.
